Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos Rodriguez serves as a C12 Chair with C12 Business Forums in Southside Hampton Roads, VA. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 5,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. He brings a career built across the pulpit, the boardroom, and the world stage of competitive athletics, with three decades of experience leading organizations, developing people, and coaching leaders to perform at their best.

Before joining C12, he spent 16 years as Senior Pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Virginia Beach, after serving as co-founding Teaching Pastor of Trinity Church in Virginia Beach. Carlos is also a former Young Life Area Director.

That same instinct for building and leading people showed up just as clearly outside the church, where he served as CEO of Freedom Wash, an innovative Hampton Roads car wash chain, and as Director of Business Development for the Real Estate Information Network (REIN), where he founded the organization’s MLS websites program.

He’s also a professional pickleball player, having attained a world ranking of No. 5 in senior pro singles with multiple victories over the world’s No. 1-ranked player. Carlos is the founder of PaddleSpeed.com, an online pickleball training platform.

This mix of professional athletics, ministry, business, and organizational leadership gives him a distinctive perspective on performance, leadership development, and the disciplines required to build healthy, God-honoring, high-performing organizations.

Carlos lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Leigh Ellen. They have four adult children.
