Allen Pickett

Allen Pickett serves as Associate Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Mid-Atlantic region. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Allen began serving as a C12 Chair in 2025 and is currently developing forums and key player groups in the Richmond, VA area. 

Prior to joining C12,  Allen served as the transitional pastor in Colorado with the Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians.  Under his leadership, revenue grew 100% in the first year and membership increased 15%. 

Allen’s background also includes experience training overseas workers, fundraising coaching and CEO mentorship. Throughout  Allen’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the areas of leadership development and holistic life coaching.



Additionally,  Allen actively serves as a volunteer with Career Prospectors, an organization that connects and supports job seekers .  Allen lives in Richmond, VA and has three adult children, Randi, Forrester and Graham and one granddaughter, Marianna.

One of Allen’s favorite verses is, “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10
